Not everyone can become an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurs need to have many qualities. As an enterprise, it needs diversified talents in multiple fields. In the early stage of entrepreneurship, it may still be a small company. The founder needs to take into account technology, customers, marketing, public relations, finance, law and other aspects. This requires the founder to have strong technical ability, market development ability, and public relations handling ability. Not everyone has such qualities.

someone with deep expertise or talent in a specific field but lacks the broad skills needed to succeed as an entrepreneur. Their strength lies in their specialized knowledge, and when they stay within that domain, they can achieve great success. However, entrepreneurship requires a broader skill set—such as leadership, financial management, strategic thinking, and risk management—which they may not possess.

A real-world example of this could be an extremely talented artist, scientist, or engineer who excels in their craft but may struggle with the complexities of running a business. The key issue is that entrepreneurship demands a diverse range of skills beyond the technical or creative, such as understanding market trends, managing operations, and dealing with finances.

In such cases, it’s often best for them to collaborate with business-oriented partners who can handle the entrepreneurial side, allowing them to continue focusing on what they do best. This way, their talents can flourish without the added burden of running a business.
