Zero Policy

People often rely on their experiences to solve problems, but there are times where the approach is ineffective, especially when they are venturing into a new field. In these situations, adopting a 'Zero Policy' - essencially, setting aside everthing they have learned - might be a better strategy. This approach can help prevent interference from past experiences, allowing them to start from scratch and learn step by step.


People often solve some problems by their experiences, but sometimes it can not take effective against a particular situation, especially they start to explore a new field. 


There are many methods for learning, but the best one for you is the one you’re using now. Keep reflecting on it, practice regularly, and improve it in your own way.


Zero policy, forgot everything you learned would be a better strategy to deal with new circustances. it will be avoid interferences from previous experiences. People can start over from zero and learn it step by step.

Sustained Contentment and Momentary Contentment.

  People often seek momentary contentment by playing games, watching movies, engaging in activities  like gambling, cocaine, these experience provide a temporary feeling of happy, and it's easy to become drawn in the pursue of this fleeting feeling.   In fact, everyone needs stimulation in their daily lives - without it, life can feel monotonous. But this kind of contentment is normal and common, especially with activities that provide instant reward or pleasure, and most of people can achive it easily.  However momentary contentment is different from lasting contentment, which tends to come from deeper, more sustained sources, such a personal growth, relationship, or long-term achievements,  both contentments are valuable in their own way.
